I've been using google calendar to give instructions to our caregiver about where to go to places like soccer practice. I would like to have instructions associated with activities such as a list of what to bring attached to these events. And then separately have a daily to do items list for other things. I'd like to use it for myself as well. What other apps do you use in addition to google calendars to get stuff done each day? |
Micromanaging is not an attractive quality in anyone. |
I think this would be a huge turn off to your nanny |
Not looking for advice on whether or not it's a good idea. It's actually their idea. They'd like list of things attached to events. Productivity apps are very popular. Looking for an app like google calendar that also allows for lists to be attached to the events. |
I also have a caregiver helping out. Not a hired nanny. |
Does anyone use Cozi family planner? This was the one I was considering. |
There is an app called Tasks that is made by Google
The icon is a checkmark. (Microsoft has a Similar one called to do, with a similar looking checkmark icon.) I mainly use this as a to do list, you can add subcategories, notes, and due dates and check them off. |
There's a note function in the google calendar events. The calendar also has to ability to do tasks and reminders. ~nanny who sets up a child calendar for each adult to sync with their own |
Thanks |
Mine has description. Do you put notes here or somewhere else? Can you attach tasks to these? |
We use the app Cozi. It has a calendar function, one for grocery shopping, and other lists. Once someone enters something in the app, everyone can see it. We love it. |
