Is the Laduree in Bethesda Row open yet?

I had read it would open in May but haven't made the trip over to check yet. If it's not open yet, does anyone know if the kiosk in Montgomery Mall is still there?

I was at the mall last week. The kiosk was there but it wasn't open and looked to be shut down.

They are macarons. And most macarons are actually supposed to be refrigerated for a couple of days before eating them, not eaten fresh from the oven. That's how they get soft in the middle.
