Why does PWCS think its okay to dress code girls? Its 90 degree out are they suppose to dress like its 30 out?

The point is: if the boys are expected to have their shoulders and chests and midriffs covered, then so should the girls.
Similarly, there should be rules against shorts or skirts that reveal any part of the butt, at the very least when any part of the butt is exposed while standing up straight.
