Help! What can I do with ground beef tonight?

Anonymous
It's the only thing I have thawed, and we're tired of burgers, tacos, and spaghetti.

I'm helping DS study like mad for his finals, so I also don't want to spend much time in the kitchen. I have a reasonably stocked pantry.

Thanks!

Enchiladas

Meat pie--sautee the beef with onions, diced tomatoes with chilis and spices, and wrap it up in pie crusts (almost like huge empanadas) and bake.

NP ... I totally read the first reply as "5 minutes in the oven", not "5 minutes (prep time, then put it) in the oven". I was seriously wondering how you'd cook it in 5 minutes, my recipe takes an hour in the oven!
