not exactly a marriage counselor recommendation - but check out Melissa Orlov, she has several books and a very helpful website that focuses on the unique challenges of marriage and ADHD

Not in NOVA but they so Telehealth and it has been great for DH and me. They’re both great but DH does prefer the relationship coaching rather than the gottman approach.
