recommendations for large work dinners in DC

I am hosting two dinners in DC in June, one for a group of 10 and one for group of 15-20. offices are in dupont but fine to take a 15ish minute cab ride to a restaurant. ideas for fun, non-stuffy places? Budget is probably around $100/pp not including drinks (whatever drinks is is generally fine)
