Farmers market. Blue ridge creamery sells it. There are probably others.

I second this, and this recipe is foolproof. I even use a few layers of damp paper towels instead of cheese cloth if I don’t have it.

I got this realllyy yummy basket ricotta from Whole Foods a couple weeks ago. Was $10 but really good.

Italian Store has a Calabro tin cup (not the plastic by the same brand Calabro) 1 g sugar. So fresh and tasty! Yum!!!
