Seaweed update from FL

We were in Miami for spring break and disappointed with the seaweed situation. I thought it would be better on the gulf coast, but friends are reporting seaweed in Destin.

If you are currently in FL or visited within the last 2 months, please say where you were and what the seaweed situation was.

We just returned from Destin and had a beautiful week at the beach. There was some seaweed that was noticeable toward mid week on. It was washed up on the beach near the water but it was in the water at various times too. Made it a little annoying at times in the Gulf. But we didn’t notice it for the first half of the week.

I am never ever going to FL for the beach between spring and fall. The seaweed situation is getting worse, and it's unpredictable. Ruined the entire vacation.

Yeah, pretty bad in Miami.
