Having trouble getting into the second Crescent City Book

| I didn’t think the first one was the best piece of literature ever but I really enjoyed it. I am 15% of the way through House of Sky and breath and it’s just not holding my attention. Is it not as good or have I just mentally moved on from supernatural romance? |
