Is there a way to verify AAP placement?

Weird question but is there a place in parent Vue that you can see if you're child is listed as being in AAP LVL4? Last year we chose to keep her at her local level four so she could do immersion and LVL4, but I just never received confirmation that she is properly placed. I know she had AAP classes this year but I am going it shows in her record somewhere.

Our report card shows my child’s level

DS was accepted into AAP and we kept him at his base school, his report card shows him receiving LIII services because does not mark him as LIV. We have the letter that they sent home and the email. I bet if you check at your school they could confirm.

Our DD should still be L4 because our school offers LL4. I'll check the report card.

Thanks

At the very least, this topic made me go looking for the email when DS was accepted and to print it out for his file at home.

Report should note that they are receiving level IV services.

There is no designation for advanced math. My kid was in advanced math for 5th and 6th, but the report card never noted anything about above grade level standards.

My kid is in Advanced Math and his math sections shows him working above grade level. It is checked off each quarter. This goes back to the second quarter of third grade.

If your child is in Level IV AAP, you can see the following note in the Report Card sent home every quarters:
"Level of Advanced Academic Services: Level IV"

I’m the pp, I guess our elementary is missing this on our report cards. Oh well. The SOL is documented correctly.

You can email the county AAP office for confirmation. They were being not that clear about it but I made them confirm in writing. It is otherwise not listed anywhere in SIS or on the report card at our school. I wanted to make sure since we deferred admission and wanted to ensure it wouldn’t be a problem to register for Level 4 if needed.
