LCPS honors classes in middle school

Does middle school math courses in LCPS for high school credit carry additional weighting of .5 in GPA? When will rising 9th graders see current GPA in ParentVue - Is it en of the year?

You only see the GPA once final grades have been submitted. We have to submit grades 6/15. Report cards generate 6/17 I believe. At that point you should see cumulative GPA.

No. The first math class that receives any bump is Algebra2/Trig. Algebra 1 and Geometry do not receive a bump, even if taken in MS.

Only bumps given are for Honors or AP classes. Doesn't matter when you taken them (MS or HS). Just because you take them in MS doesn't give anything additional.

There are honors classes in MS, but they don't count towards your GPA. And the only non-AP Math classes that receive a bump are Algebra II Trig and Math Analysis.
