Herbal teas

Anyone know where I can get info on the safety of herbal teas during pregnancy? I am dying for a cup of my favorite Tazo tea (Berryblossom White) but I don't know whether it's safe. I haven't done green tea and miss it but haven't heard much about other types of tea...
