Are there any consultants that specialize in helping the mid tier kids find the affordable options? I want someone who knows state schools or privates that are not super competitive and give strong aid to bring costs down. Someone whose expertise will make their fee worthy by helping us save money over the years.

Are there any experts in MoCo for this or a book that I am looking for?
