NAEP - clarification?

So VDOE apparently has removed EdEquity because we are falling behind in the NAEP test scores from 2019. They are also somehow changing accreditation for schools? From 2019?

But when you look at the nations report card- we are ranked in the top 10 for scores?

Looking at the test scores- Asians are testing way about whites. Blacks and Hispanics are failing? And they want to get rid of equity programs so that scores can be higher?

And yet- our scores are pretty high when we rank the scores by state?


So how is eliminating equity programs going to help this?

And considering how large the state is- I wonder if there is specific data for say FCPS only. In fact- I would like to see that test score sample only.
Did the VDOE lose its mind? Or is this just more of
