Help understanding labs until I hear from doctor?

I am waiting to hear back from my doctor on what my results mean but would love any input/insight from others on this board - I’ve been reading through old posts and there is so much helpful info here! I’m 40 now, got pregnant at 38 after about 7 months of trying if that’s helpful. I know my AMH is low but everything else seems not great but not terrible?

FSH 7.9
Estradiol 56.8
TSH 2.54

Maybe get your thyroid tested. Try to get that TSH down under 2, closer to 1.5 could help? Are your cycles regular and are you ovulating? If you're not ovulating, maybe Clomid? If not, go straight to IVF. Unless you have a new partner, it's probably not the sperm and I don't see IUI helping just wasting precious time.
