PTO for non-trademark/legal work

Anonymous
What is it like working in a support/non-trademark examiner type function at PTO? This is a senior/supervisory role. Do most telework/remote work? How about supervisors? What is the culture? Is there constant deference paid to the “core” staff? What are the competency levels of those working in administrative/support functions (think finance, HR, performance)?

Thanks in advance! I applied on something of a whim after a really bad day at my current job, but I generally don’t hate it and need good reasons to jump. I may have future “good reasons” as recent policy changes have and will likely to continue to erode and disrupt my effectiveness and the teams I manage.
