High velocity air conditioner-maintenance of system and yearly check

| We had high velocity air conditioning installed in 2016 in our rowhouse in DC and since then, the company sold their business. Is there a recommendation of a company who can come out and check on system. I would imagine a yearly check in/maintenance is recommended? Thx. |
