Frozen chicken with teriyaki marinade

Anonymous
I am not feeling well and want to make meal prep as easy as I can. I have two chicken breasts in the freezer, I was marinating them in teriyaki sauce when I froze them. What's the best way to cook them? I'd love if I can dump them in a baking dish with rice and water and throw in the oven for an hour or two and then add some vegetables during the last half hour or something. Would that work? Or would it be better to bake the chicken and then do the rice separately in the rice cooker? That might be better tasting, huh? Anyone have some ideas?

Defrost the chicken in the microwave. Stick it all in the rice cooker.
