Then there are the people who can weld in new motor mounts that are not only in the right place but are the correct type for the motor and loads that are required. They cut out and weld in new sections of firewall to accommodate the new transmission. Source, install and test new drive shafts and suspension components to make it all work. High skills and they often do it just for fun.
