| In the last 2-6 months, someone posted a link to a recipe that I got really excited about. I think it was in response to one of those posts asking to suggest a favorite recipe. I don’t remember much but it involved pork tenderloin and perhaps freezing it a bit so it was easier to cut, and then maybe doing something Asian with it, possibly Vietnamese. I bough the pork tenderloin and it’s still in my freezer because I got busy. Does this ring a bell? I feel like the poster might have said they made it twice in two weeks already because it was such a hit, or something like that. I’ve done some searches but didn’t find the post. |
