I’m tall so prefer taller men. I’ve found men attractive in the Scandinavian countries although I typically don’t like blondes, especially Sweden. Also Croatia, Argentina, Australia, and South Africa. Although they tend to be shorter, I like the look of men in Turkey and Brazil. In the US, I go for the rugged beard look so maybe Denver or the Pacific Northwest.

Following up - I find these men to be some of the hottest on TV/Movies:
Shemar Moore, Henry Golding, Henry Cavill although before the roids (he’s almost too handsome it’s off putting), Javier Bardem (his voice makes him a 10/10), and Brad Pitt (oldie but a goodie).

South of France. Though I think they all were hired intentionally for their looks. All worked in the hotels and restaurants.

+1 Denver
+2 Colorado for the US, but most gyms in the cities/beaches. World---hotties everywhere. High percentage in Brazil and Switzerland I suppose, but the pop stars in India and Japan too.
