I ended up with a family-sized pack of white mushrooms. Suggest something to do with them? I don't want to make strogonoff, which I love, because I don't want to tempt myself with the sour cream.
I do have on hand: onions; a shallot; some chicken legs (skin on) and chicken thighs (boneless skinless) in the freezer. White and red wine. I could improvise with those ingredients but I wonder if you have a particularly yummy recipe you like along those lines. Thanks! |
