They have a lot to come. Maybe they're behind on the appointment process? So many schools will need new principals!

At least one of the new supervisors (Forkert) is currently a principal, so that will create even more principal openings.

I don’t think they should move principals to central right now if they can help it. Schools need consistency. It’s bad enough they’re doing nothing to retain principals who announce they’re looking for positions outside the county.

MCPS is doing nothing to retain teachers so why would they care about principals? The superintendent still makes her $350,000 no matter if there’s staffing at the school level.
