Rebuilt title, 2016 Audi A3 w/ 60k miles for 14K?

Car was in accident but fully repaired. Rebuilt title. 2016 Audi A3, Plug-In Hybrid Turbocharged. 60k miles. I need something for my teen and figure it comes pre-accident

Especially a turbo charged car with a rebuit title.

Also, it's going to be very expensive to insure a teen driver in a car with a rebuilt title (which already is more expensive to insure, typically, and some insurers won't even do it).

No way.

Higher insurance, unknown safety profile (the DMV inspection for getting a rebuilt car back on the road is an absolute joke in most states) plus Audis aren't cheap to fix, nor is the Audi A3 known for reliability (Especially if it has a rebuilt title...yikes).

Some insurance carriers won’t issue coverage for rebuilt title.
