what kind of ford engine would you choose

Any mechanically minded folks willing to tell me if you would choose 5.4 Triton V8 5.4L EFI or 6.0L V8 Diesel? If all else in this Ford were the same. Speciifically looking at 2006 Ford e 350 SD.

5.0 coyote. The Triton spits out spark plugs and the 4th Gen power stroke is garbage like the Gen 2 was.

The 5.0L Coyote engine is Fords crown jewel of engines - there's a reason Mustangs are so popular as as F150's with this engine - proven reliability!!
