Test results just came in. High anti thyroglobin IGA?

I am hypothyroid and have been taking Levo for it. My test results just came in and while my thyroid panel looks good, my anti thyroglobin IGA is pretty high at 261, (upper limit being 60). Anyone else in this boat? What does this affect, and how was ir resolved? (I do have slow metabolism, cold extremities, and other symptoms)
