I could press my face in dough and make gorilla cookies.

Good gravy, do I feel fugly today.

It's because I'm exhausted and have bags under the bags under my eyes, plus some REALLY dark circles that not even the makeup's covering at the moment. Oh and allergies making my nose red. Lovely. Aside from getting enough rest (HA!), anyone have any relatively inexpensive (available at the drugstore) product recommendations? Should I go stick my puffy face in the office freezer?

Physician's Formula has a knock off of Bobbi Brown's "shimmer bricks": a palette of bronze shimmery colors. Look for the best color match for you (if your skin is very fair, don't go for the darkest one). With a big powder brush, swirl the colors and apply to your hairline from your forehead down to your temples and then a small swipe across your cheeks and nose. Instant tan. Just don't go overboard because it is shimmery. Bought mine with a pretty good brush from CVS. Good luck!
