The co-parent's dad took control over her life and prevented from seeing her kids and also threatened with "if you don't do X, you can't see your kids."

We are very close personal friends and we socialize with his kids often. He is a normal dad. Not great not bad.

Years ago I remember reading that he was a good dad. It stuck with me because i thought he would be a dead beat but I was wrong.

Do you have evidence to the contrary? From all reports he is a good father to all of his children. Why argue about it?

I like Britney Spears but she should still be under a conservatorship. I'm calling it... she'll either be in serious legal trouble/jail, lost a significant amount of money, or in a mental hospital in the next 5 years.

Was her dad the right person to be her conservator? No, but being solo is not the right move for her either.
