Live in nannies in Manhattan

Where do I look for live in nannies in NYC? Are there any forums like this one? I’m on care.com but not having much luck. We’ll be moving there in the summer.

What kind of room do you have for the live-in nanny? Often it's space in the laundry area or an oversized closet. Post on Craigslist.

It’s a 3br apartment, one of the rooms is for the nanny.

Use an agency, like everyone else. That way you'll get actual references and police clearances etc.

There’s a nanny forum section here. Ask the DC nannies for ideas.
