Hi, I've been taking zyrtec since my 9 weeks of pregnancy doctor said it was ok..but still feel bad taking it but i can't handle my allergies does anyone else going through this feeling scare???

It's not like you're popping pills all the time just for kicks! (you're not, right? ) Honestly, take what you need to to alleviate your symptoms and don't feel bad about it. Just my two cents.

| I spoke with my dr too because I have horrible allergies and she suggested Zyrtec. I've been taking it since March and I'm 30 weeks now and everything is fine. |

| i have been taking the prescription version of zyrtec (it's called xyzal - you should ask your doc about it - so much cheaper!) it's totally fine. I'm 37 weeks tomorrow and my baby has been completely fine so far. don't feel guilty - you've got to take care of yourself! |
| I take Xyzal too - no need to feel guilty. Pregnancy is hard enough as it is, no need to create problems for yourself by not taking meds approved for use during pregnancy. (Xyzal and Zyrtec are both Class B) |
