My $16 Chipotle burrito bowl was 100% wrong. Shouldn't I get a full refund?

| I rarely go to Chipotle but when I do I get double of the shredded steak and minimal toppings. I ordered through the app today and they gave me a chicken bowl with tons of sour cream. I can not eat anything covered in runny sour cream; the smell makes me gag. I did an online complaint thing and it shot back a coupon for a buy one get one free. That is certainly not worth $16, right. Would you just forget it or put additional effort into getting a refund? The website seems like it's all A.I. and I am not driving across town to wait in line and complain. |

I had two orders in a row blatantly wrong, and I could have rolled w it, but both times it was for the same kid … a month apart. 0 way to get in touch with a human. And if you go in, they won’t do anything about it. |

| I think it's easy to make mistakes because the foil tops on the bowl cover up what they just made. I bet they make the right bowls, they just constantly put them in the wrong bag. |

Chipotle is really bad for this - DD orders from there occasionally and it has never been 100% correct. Not as bad as OP, but I do think that they just make bowls, don't pay any attention to what's in them, and then just send things out. I mean, what do the employees care if everyone gets the wrong order? They're not likely to be fired, and if they are, they just go around the corner and get a job at Panera or whatever.
