Hotel Cooking

Due to a flood in our house, we have been living in hotels for the past 10 nights. We are moving to a Homewood Suites today, I'm planning to make some dinners as I am sick of going out. Any suggestions for quick meals with few ingredients/spices/subpar pans and tools? I can get things from our house, but we will only be at the Homewood for a week before we have to move so I am trying to stay minimalistic.
