LOL. Not an answer I would have ever expected. Thanks! Sorry but I have no suggestions except to call Safeway. My Safeway makes awesome cupcakes and they take directions well.

The Cupcake Delivers might do them. I’ve had cupcakes from them with unique designs at various birthday parties. The cupcakes are also delicious.

Artzy Custom Cakes in Vienna makes some pretty awesome cakes and cupcakes. I've been using her for my kids' birthdays for years. If you find a picture of something you like and send it to her, she can usually do it.

Yeah, unless this is a super fancy kids’ party, I’d order some cupcake toppers online and stick them into a good cupcake or, if you don’t care if it’s 3D, bring the picture and have them scan it in edible flat icing. BB8 is pretty big and making it out of frosting or fondant would be gross.
