Parking space in Leesburg?

Hi. Looking for recommendations for parking from Saturday night (4/30/2022) from 6pm until 10:30pm
I thought of parking at Leesburg outlets but am unsure how late I'm allowed to park there.

There are a couple garages and open lots in Downtown Leesburg. There will be no issues with leaving at 1030pm.

I would choose the outlet mall. Park more near the new Outback steakhouse that just opened or the TGI Fridays there. Fridays is open until Midnight and Outback is open until 11. Both are pretty busy late at night so you won't be coming back to your car in an empty lot like if you parked near one of the outlet mall stores.

I live in Leesburg. Every Friday and Saturday the town closes one of the main streets in downtown Leesburg for outdoor dining. It's a nightmare getting around town if you're not familiar with some of the back streets. Also, the main downtown garage (10 Loudoun St SW) fills quickly on the weekends, especially at dinner time.
