I like the old school Italian metal ones that clamp to the counter and you hand roll it out. They sell them at most Italian markets and they aren't very expensive.
What I do need is a drying rack. When I make it, I end up with pasta hanging all over the kitchen and laid out on towels everywhere. I'm not sure what the old Italian ladies use for this. |
Towels. You could try sheet pans with wax paper. |
