I know people don’t love split levels but this seems like a lot of space for the price in the Wootton district? What does everyone think? Will this go over?

I hate these oversized unbalanced split designs, but amazed a flip of a similar house not far from me went for well over $1M.

So much siding, tiny one car garage. The bedrooms are small because how else do you squeeze 5 bedrooms into 2300sqft. 4 of them share about 750sqft on the top level when you take out the square footage for the two bathrooms.

Such an average house, but for the price it's fine. I cannot imagine this going for $100K over ask though. But what do I know. Prices are always surprising me.

Agree, small sloping backyard and its all builders grade/no updates.
