Budgeting software- anyone try Simplifi by Quicken?

Anonymous
We need to figure out budget/ financial planning software as my dh has started traveling a lot more and we have international currency expenses we have to track.

For years we used Quicken, but had shifted to Mint and then YNAB. All of them have had so many synching issues we abandoned them for excel for a while.

Now we know we need something that keeps us both informed so whoever is home can take care of bills etc. We don’t have a home computer- we each have our own devices, so classic Quicken is out.

I have been looking at Simplifi by Quicken and also possibly Pocketwise. Does anyone have experience with these?

I realize I am going to be manually exporting/ importing bank files but if I can get them to pull in Amex that would take care of most of our daily expenditures.

Thanks in advance for any recommendations!

Mint will have fewest syncing issues. Quicken is owned by PE I would not count on it.

Is there anything out there like what financial planners use? Something that gives tax advice, runs the numbers on when to take social security, where to put investments %(Roth/403b/457/401k/brokerage). Calculating potential RMD’s , avoiding a tax torpedo, etc.

The budgeting software if ok, but finding something that includes tax, basic investment, and social security consequences doesn’t seem to exist for some reason.

That would be ideal.
