Playa Bowls - Kensington Location - SUCKS

I highly recommend not to waste your money at this location. I waited 45 minutes for 3 simple drinks and even then the order came back wrong. One woman came in to return her bowl for a new one as it was full of ice chunks and another whom had ordered online waited 20 minutes for her order to be completed. The smoothies weren't full to the top of the container and spilling out all over the sides.

Save your $$ and make a smoothie at home folks.

We’ve only been to the Mosaic location and we always order well ahead of time because it takes so long. DH usually has additions, so his is often incorrect. Eh, we still go back. Wish there was one closer to me.

maybe an off day? We go there and it's been fine. I generally don't like Playa Bowls but the rest of my family does. They have never had the complaints OP makes.

They are a franchise, so one location can vary greatly from another.

Agree. I don’t see the appeal of those things. Yuck.
