We are looking at a house right on the road. It is not rt 7 or the pike but its still a major road. The house looks great. What do you say?

If you are talking about the house between gtown pike and the river, that's not too travelled. But the part between rr 7 and gtown pike is overrun by speeders. The one that's an open house is technically on springvale but is set back a bit so is private.

Springvale north of Georgetown Pike is much quieter than the part south of Georgetown Pike. Mostly just residential traffic on the north part. But even the south part really isn’t that bad — the one lane bridge just north of 7 and the sharp curve by the church make it hard for anyone to go too fast. And there still isn’t really that much through traffic.
