Oh, so many good ways to use it! '

-Gin, grapefruit juice, muddled cucumber, St Germain - shake over ice. Also good with vodka
- Add 1/2 oz to a lemon drop cocktail
- Infuse the vodka with Earl Grey tea for use in the elderflower lemon drop
- Gin, muddled strawberry, lemon juice, St. germain - shake and top with prosecco
