Are there are meal prep kits that only require once a week?

It seems like all the meal prep kits have plans that are at least 2-3 times a week, and we can't keep up with that. I am looking for a plan that is once a week. TIA.

It’s a pretty limited selection, but you could buy groceries through FreshDirect and add on one of their meal kits. Most are pretty delicious and prep is minimal.
