| I make Asian rice bowls. Ground pork, then add soy sauce, sesame oil, fresh garlic and ginger. Serve over rice with fresh chopped fresh cucumber, red pepper, shredded carrots, chopped peanuts, green onions and cilantro. Also can serve with dynamite sauce (spice mayo). |
| Meatloaf. Pork burgers. Or if you have tofu and like Asian food: https://www.justonecookbook.com/mapo-tofu/ |
You can use the same meat mix to fill dumplings. Or use fennel seed, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper to make something that calls for sausage meat. |
| Made these last week and they were so good: bhg.com/recipe/sheet-pan-meatballs-with-onions-and-artichokes/ |
| Egg roll in a bowl! Add lots of shredded cabbage and carrots. Use fresh ginger. Serve over rice. |

Have posted this several times, and everyone on here who tried it gave it a thumbs up: https://www.recipetineats.com/vietnamese-caramelised-pork-bowls/
If I only used 1 lb of ground pork though, there would be a mutiny in my family, no matter how many other tasty toppings I put out. I now use 3 lbs for our family with 2 teens. |
| Spaghetti Sauce with ground sausage - so good |
Same meat will also make tasty fillings for lettuce cups or topping for egg roll in a bowl or mix in for fried rice. Super versatile! |
NP here. I lifted this rec from another thread a few months ago and my family loves this. I keep meaning to say Thank You for posting it! |
| Tacos! |
This. Easy, delicious, healthy, and every child in my house likes it, even the super picky eater! |
