I make Asian rice bowls. Ground pork, then add soy sauce, sesame oil, fresh garlic and ginger. Serve over rice with fresh chopped fresh cucumber, red pepper, shredded carrots, chopped peanuts, green onions and cilantro. Also can serve with dynamite sauce (spice mayo).

Meatloaf. Pork burgers. Or if you have tofu and like Asian food: https://www.justonecookbook.com/mapo-tofu/

You can use the same meat mix to fill dumplings. Or use fennel seed, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper to make something that calls for sausage meat.

Have posted this several times, and everyone on here who tried it gave it a thumbs up: https://www.recipetineats.com/vietnamese-caramelised-pork-bowls/

If I only used 1 lb of ground pork though, there would be a mutiny in my family, no matter how many other tasty toppings I put out. I now use 3 lbs for our family with 2 teens.

Same meat will also make tasty fillings for lettuce cups or topping for egg roll in a bowl or mix in for fried rice. Super versatile!
