Good spot for Mother's Day brunch in NoVA?

We used to love Artie's for this (in Fairfax) but apparently none of the Great American restaurants are doing brunch any more . Nothing super-fancy or expensive. Just looking for kid-friendly and good food.

First Watch, down the road from arties! Maybe join Vienna Foodies too - they'll have plenty of suggestions

First watch is always very busy and it’s just overrated. No idea OP. Following for ideas.

Mother's Day brunches are over priced and crowded.

We like Trummer's in Clifton, but might be a little fancier and less kid friendly than you want.

Agree that Vienna Foodies will have suggestions, but be forewarned that you won’t always get unbiased reviews. The group only allows positive feedback to be shared. We’ve gone to two restaurants that came with glowing recs from the group and were disappointed both times. The food didn’t live up to the hype.

Silver Diner always has great breakfast foods.

You can also try J Gilbert.

Try Clifton -- either Trattoria Villagio or Trummer's. They both have nice brunches.
