easy appetizers

| I like doing little skewers with a grape tomato, a basil leaf, and a fresh mini mozzarella ball. I arrange them on a platter and drizzle it with extra virgin olive oil. Like caprese salad on a stick. Always popular and very easy - no cooking, just assembly. |

| I'm normally a total do-it-yourselfer but I love pigs in a blanket from Costco. They seriously fly off the plates and are so delicious. You could then add some homemade goodies. |

| Pizza dip: spread 8 oz softened cream cheese in a 9 inch foil pie pan. Top with one 7 oz jar of Ragu pizza sauce, then 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella. Add whatever pizza topping you like (eg, sliced pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers, etc). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. I like serving with Dorito scoops, but any chips would be fine. |
