I’m really interested in using the bokashi method for handling kitchen waste and paper like napkins and paper towels.
Traditional backyard composting hasn’t worked for me and I believe I’ll be more successful with the fermenting method. Has anyone tried it? Do you recommend it? Will the result (after I bury it for a few weeks) actually result in nutrient dense compost? |

Well, I am going to give it a try and see what happens. I have a DIY bucket system set up and just got 2 pounds of bokashi bran so... I guess I'll see!
If nothing else, it will be a mini science experiment for my kids. |
