Terrible dinner

Had dinner at a casual restaurant in Foggy Bottom tonight and two different people in our party found hair in their dinners. It was disgusting. Not to mention the heat lamps did not work, they were sold out of several items on the menu, the silverware was dirty and we had to ask for replacements and the service was incredibly slow. I mentioned it to the waiter and he said “sorry - I’ll tell the Manager” but we were charged full price and left a 20% tip even though those two left half their food. Would you follow up and complain or just avoid the place in the future?

Sounds like somebody needs to read Yelp reviews next time before going out to dinner. This sounds like a major shithole.
