I make lemon cake. It's wonderful and not difficult. I"ll see if I can find the recipe if you'd like

We make a bunny cake. Cake mix makes it easy. Kids love decorating. Two round 8ā€ or 9ā€ -one is bunny face & cut the other one into ears & bow tie. Google for examples. Coconut for bunny fur, twirlers for whiskers, jelly beans/M&m for eyes.

I make a lamb cake (sitting up lamb) that goes in the center of the table as a centerpiece. Then we have other things. I use the heavy cast iron mold that I got from my grandmother. Of everything that I have, it is one of my most cherished possessions.

I like carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for Easter. Lemon desserts are also a go to.

Well, it's also birthday weekend here (dc and mine) and I make a multi-layer ice cream cake. This year it's going to be graham cracker crumbs, chocolate cake, Ben and Jerry's S'mores ice cream, chocolate ganache, then Cool Whip (yep, I like the cheap stuff!) It's not that hard and just takes patience on each layer. Yumm.
