Yes, of course.

No one buys a $6000 small handbag because it its quality. It is purely bought for the label. I wouldn't judge her negatively though, just that she appreciates Chanel goods and views them as a form of art.

I am unhappy that we have a society where some people are so rich they have nothing better to do than spend $10k on a handbag but I’m not mad at those people specifically.

My mom bought me one, and I never carry it. She also bought me a nylon prada bag "for groceries" and I do carry that one sometimes.
