Loudoun valley and Westwind Crossing Community proposed move to Sterling District

The Loudoun Board of Supervisors proposed a move of these communities. Does anyone have any insight on how this may affect the real estate within this area? Schools?
Interested in any insight I might gain, as this is the first I have experienced a potential "re-districting". Thanks in advance. |
