"Good" dealerships?

Trying to buy a car and am tired of sneaky salespeople. We all know they are marking up prices now and I don't know why they don't just tell you all the charges up front instead of trying to sneak in extra fees at the last minute.
Are there any dealerships around here with a reputation for honest sales people?

I'm not naming the type of car because many of these dealers sell many different makes of cars.

We bought a few cars from Koons Tysons Toyota
They do a ton of volume given location and are huge
We don’t see them play games. It’s pretty painless in my experience.

We've had good luck with the Beyer dealerships. I think the fact that their owner has to run for reelection every two years limits the sleaze

If you’re looking for a BMW, then Passport BMW is hands down the best one in the DMV area.
For Lexus, we had a good experience at Lindsay Lexus and NOT Pohanka. But this was before the pandemic

Rosenthal Acura in Gaithersburg, definitely not Radley!

I think most of the luxury dealerships are much easier to work with than the standard volume dealerships

O’Donnell Honda in Ellicott City, MD. Have used them for over 20 years, service dept is excellent. But I don’t know if they have any inventory now.

Ask for out the door price. Or just buy from CarMax, Carvana, Vroom.

Had terrible service at Tysons Koon Chevrolet. Very sexist comments were made. They played game with price and got visibly angry that I would not share a price from a different dealership. I walked out. Thank
